At the moment, we roast on Tuesdays, Wednesday and Thursdays. Orders placed after midday on Thursdays will join the following Tuesday's roast cycle.

The shifting elevations give rise to one of Colombia’s most distinctive and complex coffee-growing regions. Here, the unique terroir, climate, and staggered harvest cycles come together to produce coffees of remarkable character and quality.
