At the moment, we roast on Tuesdays, Wednesday and Thursdays. Orders placed after midday on Thursdays will join the following Tuesday's roast cycle.

Back for the second year in a row is this wonderful regional lot from Tolima, Colombia. Made up from 50 small producers in the area, Tolima is known for its consistently high quality coffee thanks to an ideal climate and altitude. We've purchased this coffee through our friends at Primavera who work directly with producers; they careful source each lot to the highest standard whilst building a more equitable supply chain and ensuring coffee growing remains a viable and stable income for future generations.
