At the moment, we roast on Tuesdays, Wednesday and Thursdays. Orders placed after midday on Thursdays will join the following Tuesday's roast cycle.

This lot is composed of a blend of traditional varieties, carefully selected. The coffee farmers who are part of this lot are members of the Asociación de Cafetaleros La Gran Reserva, an association dedicated to producing specialty coffee and striving to create exceptional coffee every year.
The farms are located at an average altitude of 1,600 m.a.s.l in Tabaconas, within the San Ignacio region of Cajamarca. The coffee farmers handpick ripe cherries and deliver them to the reception center, where the cherries undergo a quality assessment. Once the cherries are approved for their quality, they are blended with other high-quality lots of traditional
varieties.
