At the moment, we roast on Tuesdays, Wednesday and Thursdays. Orders placed after midday on Thursdays will join the following Tuesday's roast cycle.

Meet Pitaya - a limited release from the Palestina region of Huila, Colombia, where 12 producers across 18 small farms contributed standout Pink Bourbon lots for this vibrant coffee. Grown in an area known for its biodiversity and commitment to sustainability, this variety is celebrated for its disease resistance, productivity, and excellent cup quality; it delivers a reliably clean and structured profile. In the cup, expect caramel, juicy tropical fruit, and delicate floral undertones.
At the time of purchase, producers were paid 16% above the local market price for this coffee.
